More Design Control in Visual Emails 🖼️

new_veb_settings_2

Now you have more control over how your images look in visual emails. When you add a new image, you'll see some new settings:

  • Added border controls for images: You can now add a border color, define its weight, and give it a radius.
  • Mobile fill/max size toggles: These new settings let you specify whether or not an image will fill the column when the email is viewed on mobile devices, or be displayed at max size regardless of the viewport.
  • Image proportions: You can now manipulate the width and height of your images (in pixels).
  • More padding options: If uniform pixel padding on images isn't your thing, now you can toggle the padding option to show top/bottom/left/right padding options (in pixels).

Just re-add your image to existing emails or templates to get the new settings.

Here’s what else is new and improved in the email-building world:

  • It’s easier to get to the builder and email preview from the Single Email Campaigns (SEC) page (we saw your rage clicks). We added handy little icons so you can get back to editing or previewing quickly.
  • QA your emails effectively with the ability to preview custom event data.
  • Buttons in the VEB now have a “fit to text” width setting.
  • Updated the alignment setting to match the other settings (icons instead of a dropdown).

Configurable Attribution Windows 🎉

custom_attribution

Not all stores are the same—and the typical attribution window varies based on what you’re selling. You can now set your preferred attribution window if you’re reporting revenue in Drip via Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, or the Shopper Activity API.

The default will remain 5 days, but you can control this length of time for all campaigns, collectively, by going to Settings > Account.

Quick Send Workflows 💨

quick_send_wf

Deliver time-sensitive emails like order confirmations, lead magnets, and password resets in under 2 minutes with our new Quick Send Workflow template. This workflow provides a new, streamlined way to deliver emails that need to be delivered quickly based on a specific action or trigger.

Enhancements

  • Improved the workflow subscription management topics toggle so it’s more responsive.
  • Metrics update for canceled orders and refunds.
  • Added a sub-account selector so it’s easier to search for a specific account attached to your subscription.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue with bulk footer updates.
  • Resolved an issue preventing the ability to edit text fields in workflow decision nodes.
  • Resolved an issue with the “overall time” option for purchase history segmentation.
  • Made minor updates to improve the UI on the Onsite menu and when Single Email Campaign titles are too long.
