For the last release notes post of the year, I'm excited to share new and improved Product Price Drop notifications, an email-only attribution model, and Single Email Campaign Dashboard improvements. These updates are designed to help marketers send personalized, revenue-driving emails throughout the holidays.
Here's what's new.
New Features
Product Price Drop đź’˛
Customers using Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and the Shopper Activity API can use automated Product Price Drop notifications to capture revenue from website browsers and control the price drop notification threshold.
Note: By default Viewed a Product events are not included in Price Drop logic. To include them, go to Settings > Account and toggle the setting on.
Email-Only Attribution Model ✔️
Adjust your attribution settings to match your marketing strategy by enabling an email-only attribution model. This means revenue will be tracked solely based on direct click-throughs from emails, excluding other factors like "seen-on-site" interactions.
Note: By default, this setting is OFF so if you want to switch your account to email-only attribution, you will need to go to Settings > Account and turn it on.

Single Email Campaign Dashboard Improvements 🪄
We rolled out some updates to the Single Email Campaign Dashboard so you can better understand your data:
